Kale Dwarf Green Curled: Kale is the king of healthy greens. Super nutritious, ultra hardy and a great source of winter greens. Loaded with vitamins, manganese, calcium, copper, potassium and magnesium and powerful antioxidants it's no wonder it is one of the most nutrient dense foods.
Sow & Grow: Sow thinly outside 1.5 cm deep into finely prepared, well watered and drained soil. Transplant when seedlings are about 10 cm tall. Allow 45 cm between rows. Plant firmly and water well. Seedlings usually appear in 14-21 days. Keep moist.
Alternatively sow thinly 0.5 cm deep indoors in a pot/tray of compost. Keep moist. When plants are large enough to handle, transplant 5 cm apart in bigger pots/trays. Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions and avoid frost.

Cut the crown of the plant in December to encourage side shoots
