Broccoli (Calabrese) Green Calabrese: A great addition to stir fries, pasta, a buddha bowl. Can be eaten boiled, steamed, grilled or even eaten raw. This ‘superfood’ is an amazing source of fibre, protein, iron, potassium, a variety of vitamins, antioxidants and folic acid.
Sow & Grow: Sow indoors 0.5cm deep in a pot of compost. Seedlings appear 14-28 days. Keep moist & water well. Transplant to bigger pots 5cm when large enough to handle. Or sow thinly 1.5cm deep in a seed bed. Transplant seedlings when 10cm tall in rows 45cm apart. Allow 45cm between rows.
