Beet Leaf Perpetual Spinach: Spinach beet is fast and easy to grow and crops for most of the year. It is a milder alternative to Spinach, high in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and nutrient dense. An ideal addition to salads, pasta and potato dishes.
Sow & Grow: Sow thinly 2.5 cm deep where they are to crop in finely prepared, moist soil. Cover lightly with soil and water in well. Allow 40 cm between rows. Spinach beet prefers a sunny spot. Keep the soil moist. Seedlings usually appear between 7-21 days.

Only pick a few leaves at a time, without stripping plants
